Story: I am from Des Moines, Iowa and I love mixed martial arts, this is the year it will all begin for me. I am taking training more serious, I want to be a good fighter, and I know this all only happens by hard work and dedication.

I have trained in Kenpo as a kid, I have also trained in Shotokan Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and boxing. Oh I can't forget I wrestled in high school as well. So I am not ignorant to training, I know what it takes to become the best at the sport and that is hard work!!!

What do you fight for: I enjoy it!!!! It is a rush to go out and fight, I mean I have not fought in a cage however I have been in enough fights to know I love it and I love ti fight.....
What would you say to an aspiring fighter: Whatever you do stick to your training, don't give up but keep moving forward and don't get in a hurry make sure to get the techniques down and build up endurance and work on cardio and strength. If you fall get back up don't stay down, don't let others kill your dreams but stay focused no matter what happens and no matter what others may say. STAY FOCUSED!!!!

How / why did you get started in MMA: Became a fan of MMA, plus I have also trained in martial arts, plus my uncle has inspired me to become the best and has encouraged me to move forward......
Who are my heroes: Jesus Christ as we all know He never will tapout!!!! Plus all who put their lives on the line for this country as well as the men and women of Law Enforcement and Fire fighters. Anyone who can take a hit and get back up and keeps moving forward no matter what else comes at them.....
